App: Tickbird: ADHD AI Assistant · Publisher: Little Tough LLC · Effective date: October 11, 2026

The short version: there are no accounts. Your chats stay on your iPhone. The messages and photos you send are processed by Anthropic to write Tickbird's answers. We use Google Firebase for anonymous usage analytics, crash reports and app settings, and RevenueCat with Apple to manage subscriptions. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

1. Who we are

Tickbird is published by Little Tough LLC ("we", "us"), 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #13875, Casper, Wyoming 82609, United States. Contact: info@littletough.com.

2. No accounts, anonymous identifier

You don't sign up or give us your name, email or phone number. The app creates a random identifier that is stored on your device and used to keep analytics and subscription records consistent. It isn't linked to your identity.

3. What we process and why

Your messages and photos

When you send a message (and optionally one photo), it is sent over an encrypted connection to Anthropic, PBC, whose Claude AI model writes Tickbird's answer. To keep answers relevant, recent messages of the same conversation and a short summary of older ones are included. Before a photo is sent, the app resizes it and removes location and caption metadata. Anthropic processes this content as our service provider under its commercial terms and privacy policy (anthropic.com/legal/privacy). We don't receive or store your conversations on our own servers.

Your preferences

The answers you choose during onboarding (for example "losing track of time", your focus areas and your preferred answer style) are stored on your device and included in the instructions sent to the AI so it can tailor answers. These categories are also recorded in analytics as anonymous user properties. Free-text messages are never sent to analytics.

Usage analytics, crash reports and settings (Google Firebase)

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used, for example which screens are viewed, which buttons are tapped, how many messages are sent and whether answers load successfully. We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and Firebase Remote Config to adjust app settings without an update. These services process your anonymous identifier, device and app information (such as model, OS version and app version), approximate location derived from your IP address, and interaction events. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Subscriptions (Apple and RevenueCat)

Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to verify purchases and keep track of whether your subscription is active, using your anonymous identifier and Apple's purchase records. See revenuecat.com/privacy.

Device verification (Apple App Attest)

To prevent abuse, the app uses Apple's App Attest service to prove to Anthropic that requests come from a genuine copy of Tickbird. This verifies the app, not you, and doesn't identify you.

Usage limits

To enforce daily message limits, the app keeps a small counter in your device's secure storage and checks the current time against our website's server clock.

4. What we don't do

  • We don't sell or rent your personal information.
  • We don't use your data for third-party advertising, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
  • We don't ask for access to your photo library, camera, contacts, microphone or location.

5. Sensitive information

Messages you write may include details about your health, mood or personal life. Share only what you're comfortable with. This content is used solely to generate answers and is not used for analytics or advertising. Tickbird is not a medical service.

6. Storage and retention

  • Chats and photos are stored on your iPhone until you delete them (swipe a chat in History, use Settings → Delete all chats, or delete the app). They are excluded from our servers.
  • AI processing: Anthropic retains API inputs and outputs only for a limited period as described in its policies, and does not use them to train its models by default.
  • Analytics event data is retained in Google Analytics for no more than 14 months; crash reports are retained by Crashlytics for no more than 90 days.
  • Subscription records are kept by RevenueCat and Apple as long as needed to provide the subscription and meet legal obligations.

7. Your choices and rights

You can delete your chats at any time in the app. Because we don't have accounts, we can't look up your conversations. They never reach us. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request about analytics or subscription data, email info@littletough.com; we'll respond within the time required by law.

8. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, they rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Children

Tickbird is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we'll help remove any related data we control.

10. Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. On your device, chats and photos are protected by iOS data protection, and limit counters are kept in the iOS Keychain.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above, and where appropriate in the app.
