Terms of Use
By downloading or using Tickbird ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), which together govern your use of the app. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. What Tickbird does
Tickbird is an AI assistant that turns your questions, tasks and photos into short answers, checklists and time estimates. Answers are generated automatically by an AI model (Claude, provided by Anthropic) and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. Use your own judgment before acting on them.
2. Not medical, legal or financial advice
Tickbird is not a medical device and is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist or other qualified professional. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent ADHD or any other condition, and it should not be used for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions. Tickbird is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis in the United States, call or text 988; if you are in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tickbird. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
4. License
Little Tough LLC ("we", "us") grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, resell or redistribute the app, or attempt to extract its source code or access its AI service outside the app.
5. Free plan and Tickbird Pro
The free plan includes two AI answers per day. Tickbird Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store that removes the daily free limit. To keep the service fast and fair for everyone, Pro includes a generous daily fair-use limit that typical use will not reach.
- Plans: weekly and yearly. Prices, billing periods and any discounts are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country and currency.
- Payment: charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Yearly plan paid monthly (where available): in some countries the yearly plan can be paid in 12 monthly payments. The monthly price, the number of payments and the total for the 12-month commitment are shown before you buy. This is a 12-month commitment: canceling stops the plan from renewing after your agreed payments, but the remaining monthly payments in your current commitment still apply (except where local law gives you the right to cancel with immediate effect), and you keep access until the commitment ends. Unless canceled at least one day before the commitment ends, it renews for another 12-month commitment billed monthly.
- Managing: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- No free trial is offered.
6. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the messages and photos you submit. You give us and our service providers permission to process them only as needed to provide the app (for example, to generate answers). You are responsible for having the rights to anything you submit and for not including other people's personal information without permission. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tickbird to break the law; to create content that is harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative or that endangers anyone; to attempt to bypass usage limits, subscriptions or device verification; to automate or scrape the service; or to interfere with the app or its providers. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service and its users.
9. Third-party services
The app relies on services from Apple, Anthropic, Google (Firebase) and RevenueCat. Their availability is outside our control, and features may change or be interrupted. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. "iPhone" and "App Store" are trademarks of Apple Inc. Little Tough LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. or Anthropic, PBC.
10. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that answers will be correct or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Tough LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it and canceling any subscription.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
