Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tickbird. Weekly and yearly plans can be canceled there at any time and stay active until the end of the current period. If you chose a yearly plan paid in 12 monthly payments, canceling stops renewal after your agreed payments; the remaining payments in your current 12-month commitment still apply (except where local law provides otherwise), and Pro stays active until the commitment ends.
Open Tickbird, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases, or tap Restore at the bottom of the upgrade screen. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
